I thought it was a great experience until I relaized after I bought my car that they closed down! And then what I was promised free oil change etc did not happen. Then delivery of my car was late at night so it was dark outside next morning realized it was dirty on the inside. Plus the brakes on my vehicle needed to be changed and I just bought it. Talked to one of the owners of Al Piemonte but to no avail nothing happened to help with situation at hand. The sad part is I worked for Al Piemonte group and I thought they had better standards. Apparently not. Will not ever buy another car from them poor experience.
